Does any one else confuse panic symptoms with something else?

Hi guys,

As u may know all my family have had flu or a horrid sickness bug this last fortnight. Last night i went to bed with a sore throat, this morning still got the sore throat, bit of a sniffel and bit of headache. My neck and shoulders feel really tight and achey.

Is this just cos i'm anx bout getting the flu or is it real? i just dont know any more.

I feel like I feel ill alot of the time and think that now I am so used to feel yuck that if I got ill would i actually notice?? Quite ironic really as long as its not hiv that i get ill with lol!!

can never decide whether i feel ill or its anx. i wont let myself sit and actually be ill cos thats when i had my first big panic attack and i worry that if i give in and curl up on sofe or go to bed that it will happen again.

I know i will have to test the theory 1 day but i dread having to.

Thats horroble for you nikki, thing is you will be able to sit again soon Im sure...you can look forward to that even if you cant do it yet hun
