please help

my name is lynn i am new to this web site i suffer with generalized anxiexty and have it all the time i am so afraid of it and have been having bad panic attacks as well i feel that noone has had this as bad as me and it will never go on the 22nd october doc changed my meds he did not say that the tablets take a time to work i am scared because the anxeity seems to be getting worse i am worried the tablets are not working should they not have had somme effect by now what can i do people tell me not to be scared of the feelings but i cant help it.its my birthday today and i feel like rubbishplease can someone help me have anyone had a similar expearance:weep:
