I suffer from Anxiety and severe depression, and im curiouse about a symptom i have, and my last councillor couldnt help me on it and didnt even know what it really was, she just guessed what it could be. i feel unreal, so unreal and detatched that the world slows down, colours fade and noises are distant, even if im on top of a main road, the feelign can last from 30 seconds to hours, though i dotn genrally get them for more than 2 hours. the problem being is that when i come out every thing is so load and heavy and it just seems impossible to step forward. i do obviously, but i don't feel i have the strengh to . maybe its just my mind shutting off, as the councillor said and i had guessed anyway. But i wondered if it was a common thing, i have read on here that some peopel get it, but i wanted to know if it is to do with my depresion or my anxiety. [?]
