How much longer can i do this

Hey guys, been ill for about 4 months now symptoms started for a lump in the throat, now i am getting loads of pains/aches. My legs and arm muscles and joints all hurt my back and neck hurt, palphartations, chest hurts and short of breathe,feel dizzy/not with it all the time,headaches and cracking in my head,shaking all over inside and out,ears feel blocked,eyes andvision feel wierd ;( sorry for the long list

Have you seen a Dr about maybe getting something to help?

Or you may find just reading through the threads here help reassure you that what you are suffering is anxiety. Once you can accept that hopefully things will get alot better.

These all sound like very typical symptoms of anxiety.

I have been docs mandy and had various test done for thyoid disorders,barium swallow.he did however suggest aniexty and has put me on anti depressiants
