Feel so bad

Sorry 2 post again sat here writing this post crying:weep:thinking am i ever gonna feel better. As most of u know been suffering from headaches for well over 3 months was perscribed pregabalin which has eased them but now got an ache where my breastbone is hurts 2 touch. Just want 2 feel well its like everytime i go 2 docs i get fobbed off really feel p***** off.

Hi, sorry you are feeling bad

Some years ago when I was suffering from anxiety I used to get a painful breastbone to. I think it was because I was overbreathing and causing tension in the muscles around that area. The actual bone did feel bruised though.

Get it checked to put your mind at rest but its probably just because you are tense or because you have pulled the area a bit lifting something.
