3 months!!! It's never ending... I am sitting here crying just saying to my Oh.. this is crazy - any sain person would be insane after 3 months of hell... my jaw is killing me - possible TMJ disorder - although dentist on the case... I just almost feel I can't rem what normal feels like.... Just 4 months ago I was me, then the anxiety and headaches and multiple meds have left me feeling exhausted, physically and mentally. I feel like going to sleep and waking up in a year... I wish I could... :( I just keep saying why me? What the hell did I do wrong to deserve this??????

Hi Lou,

Huge, Huge hugs. I suffer from migraines and totally understand your pain. Perhaps you need to see a Neurologist. I also have the TMJ problem and wore a mouthpiece at night but as I got older it got better. I do hope you feel better soon but until then a big :bighug1:.

Best wishes,

Laura

Thanks guys - it's just the repetition daily which gets me... wake up - lay there thinking do I get up to feel the headache??? Had my impression taken from dentist to aid with the TMJ thing - have caught myself clenching 5/6 times today so I must be doing it in my sleep right? Belle did the mouthpiece help???

Thanks Tets, I just long for the day the headaches go.. I def think neurologist is next! Will be on the case if the new meds don't kick in!!!

Cheers Oz, have replied to your email x x

Yea, they're real *******! lol... I have said I'd rather have a brocken leg for 6 months than daily headaches! Just wish it would shift! :( x x x

Yes it did help, a bit difficult to get used to but once I did I found my jaw did not hurt as bad and the headaches weren't as bad. By the way don't wish for a broken leg, I broke my foot this past summer and had headaches on top of it, lol. No fun at all!!!

Feel better soon...

Thanks Belle,

I think the Gabapentin may be working some magic but I don't want to speak to soon. Mouthguard arrived yesterday so slept with it last night - thin I slept ok... teeth felt a bit strange in the morning - but how can a mouthguard which only sits on your top teeth stop you clenching? I don't get it.
