Banged my head

Banged my head a couple hours ago. Its still sore though I didnt think it was a heavy bang.

But considering Natasha Richardson Im worried. Is there anything I should look out for or just accept its a bang & will get better.

A wooden mantle piece. It was the back left, towards the top side.

Ouch, did you hit it when getting up from something, like chair? I hate when that happens.
