What Have I Got This Time?!

My arms are acheing both sides, and im sneezing alot, felt so ill earlier and i feel drained and tired. Dont even want to get up to
make myself something to eat and i havnt eaten all day.
I have a runny nose, and at night all my joints ache, im not sure
if this is swine flu but its similar symptoms.. So what would you say?

It could be the flu, but dont panic. My daughter and husband both have swine right now and they are doing fine. It is hitting them like any other flu would. Just get lots of rest, drink lots of fluids and get better

If your temperature isn't higher than 38 it's unlikely to be any flu. It your temp is higher than 38 take regular medication, drink loads of fluid and completely rest and you will be fine. It could of course just be a bad cold..... half of the people I know have come sort type of cold virus at the moment.

Ruby, don't worry, it won't kill you. If it was swine flu, you'd be feeling a lot worse. Swine flu is a bit of a joke now actually - people accept they may get it. If you are very very young or elderly, it may be a problem, but for everyone else, it's just like a regular cold/flu virus
