I have been a member of this site for a few weeks now and cannot even begin to tell you all how much of a help it has been. After 7 years of panic disorder and myriad therapies I have found this site to be the most helpful therapy of all. Everybody is so friendly, after my introductory post I had 8 welcomes within 24 hours, thankyou to everyone who welcomed me, I feel like part of a big family.

The posts are the biggest help, knowing I'm not alone and finding all these wonderful, understanding people has been the best help imaginable.

So a huge thankyou to everybody out there and I'll see you in the forum!
