i take 25mg 4 times a day, dosnt sound alot but the weight i have put on is not funny and i cant shift it, and its getting me down, very down, im on them from panic and anixety i wnt to stop , but not sure how i should, should i cut one tablet out once a week???? i do take diaizpam i use when when and needed , so could i take them to take the edge off , of coming off seroqel,, plz help.
