Please can any of you who suffer with feeling off balance as the main sympton of your anxiety, tell me how you cope with it on a daily basis? I don't take any medication and really don't want to.

i concentrate on one thing that i know won't move . e.g. my phone until the feeling passes ! or closing my eyes really tight for a few seconds helps ! anything but sitting down

I had this problem for about two months straight. It went away on it's own, but not until I started ignoring it. If you are hyper-vigilant of it and worry about it each time you notice it, it's actually going to get worse instead of better. I got to the point where I could barely walk across the room. I would suggest taking a daily walk, or just do something at home to take your mind off of it. Just tell yourself it's nothing to worry about, that it'll go away, and then just continue with whatever you were doing. When you stop becoming aware of it, one day you'll notice it's not even there anymore.
