Hi my name is Di,
I have suffered with depression and anxiety for a year and a half.
I was amazed 5 weeks ago I thought that I was getting better I had amazing lift for a day and a half, no fear no worry.
In general since this episode I Panic when I leave the house, to get a bus into town.
