why no flutters?

for some reason in the past 3 weeks i have not had any flutters when i feel anxious but physical symptoms still progress and i know that i wouldn't of beaten anxiety this easily.

can anyone make sense of this?

I don't always get flutters, i can go for weeks without but get the other symptoms.It's probably "normal" sometimes symptoms are different i sometimes get flutters for no reason at all even when i'm not anxious, like lastnight when i was falling asleep bang my chest flies into overdrive x
