As someone who has suffered from depression and anxiety I am ant-social when in the grips of my illness and just want to be left alone. But there is another group of people who suffer also, a mother, father, wife, husband the caregivers who live with us. These people are hero's. I am lucky to have a wife who accepts me as I am even though I sometimes wonder how any one could love someone like me. If you have a caregiver do something nice for them as they suffer in silence not knowing what to do.

I so agree.
I feel guilty cus I know how badly my illness affects my family particularly my hubby.
My panic attacks have stopped us going on holiday abroad. My hubby adored his hols in Turkey.
Im blessed to be married to someone who is so understanding. I just wonder if I could have been so patient, understanding and caring had it been him.
I truly hope so.
