Head zaps , rushes

I s it common to get head rushes or zaps in a daytime when highly anxious or just after a period of fear/panic other than when your are relaxing or going to sleep

I get them at any time of the day to be honest regardless of what I am doing at the time

Thanks, so i guess it is pretty common , out of all the symptoms , these and headaches scare me the most
