iv noticed i have a small tiny lump above my arm pit on my arm it almost feels like a bit of stone or grisle under my skin anyone else had this x

It could be a sebaceous cyst but get the doc to look at it

Oh it could also be a swolen lymph gland/node

Nope not at all.

Can mean you are fighting an infection of some sorts.

Best get doc to look though and not rely on what I say as I am just guessing and not a doctor.

i will. I have had it for ages and iv had bloods while having it there. Would of showed x
