shaking head

just wondered if any one out there has the shaking head symptoms and how to make it stop, its really bad my neck hurts so much and my head is just shaking :(:lac: just has enough of this

If you mean what I think you mean I get this its like when I sit or standstill in certain positions my head jerks sorta for a half a second.

Tension can cause this .I used to get it .and it so annoying.. All the time.. I also wonder if sometimes anti -anxiety meds didn't cause it.. But it will go away just try to relax a little more.. and if that doesn't help check with your doctor but I would be willing to be its tension.. Good luck
