Black Poop

I pooped out some black stuff and it appeared to be vegetables after I sifted through the poop with my hands. Thank goodness.

Black poo can be caused by very green vegetables, blackcurrant type drinks or red wine.

Not sure I'd recommend going through it by hand though :unsure:

Food can do that so as long as it doesn't continue don't worry...

agree with above.. poop and hands don't go well together.

I have black poop all the time, I put it down to the fact I drink apple and blackcurrent juice everyday

it can be also iron tablets or charcoal pills for wind lol

Don't need to worry you but Is there a foul smell more than a normal poo ? Why i ask is i had black poo about 5 months ago and i turned out to be internal bleeding induced by taking aspirin.
