unconscious phobia

Help! anyone heard of a phobia about being unconscious? I have it and it causes me hell. Being to afraid to go to sleep in case you never wake up again. Needing major surgery but being unable to go through with it, (don't get put sleep as you will never wake up again).
Any ideas?:unsure:

Hi there.....I have had similar feelings in the past but it was because I was waking up with panic attacks and this is why I was afraid to go to sleep. The only thing I can suggest is speak to your doctor and see if anything can be done for you.....sorry I cant be more helpful....take care xx
