:welcome:Olly. Glad that you have found us.There is a brilliant book by Dr Claire Weekes;SELF HELP FOR YOUR NERVES ISBN 0-7225-3155-9.This is available from the NMP shop. Dr Weekes was a fellow sufferer who really understood this illness. She took the mystery out of it, and devised a simple programme for recovery. I can't recommend this enough. This will get better.

try dramamine http://www.dramamine.com/ its for motion sickness and dizzyiness my pshchiatrist told me to take when i felt dizzy, also do you hae sinus issues?, that could be a cause, u could also have your ears checked to make sure equilibrium is ok, also try ignoreing it (i know it sounds easyier then it is) just say to yourself "im not dizzy" also you may have anexity which may cause dizzyiness (i have anxeity) anxeity doesnt cause SYMTOMS it causes SENSATIONS, sensations cant hurt you, and sensations is caused by you.....watch this it helped me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kUCPVx3hieg
