hi im in hawaii and it 1235am and i cant sleep i can feel my heart racing. i flew home from the neigbor island 20min flight. but before that i exercised really hard and when i got to the aiport i could feel my heart rate but i thought it was just my fear of flying but when i landed i could still feel my heart racing. then before i laid down i felt my pulse and it seemed fine. tried sleeping for about 1 hr and a half and just cant sleep. got up took my bp was 160/101 pulse 95. so of course im panicking now took it again and it went down a bit. dont know what to do.
