I posted a message on the forum without coming here first, trust me to mess it up again. Im new to this terrible thing called panic and anxiety it scares me to death. I will hopefully be picking your brains and tricks to defeat it, anyhting apart from this sucidal feeling

Hi Keith,

May I also welcome you to the site. I too suffer from Anxiety and panic and I have found this site invalulable. Everyone her in the same boat with lots of tricks and tips to overcome.

The live chat is a usefull place too, if you're going through an attack, there are usually people in there who can talk you through it.
