Im gone again.....until today, i had such a tight grip on this anxiety....then out of the blue, while changing my laundry.....my heart starts beating really really fast and hard.....only lasted 3 or 4 mins but then guess what.......panic attack....now, shaking badly....scared its gonna happen again....been crying for hours....dont really know what to do. Only had these fast heartbeats twice....not sure if its palpitations or not.

Can someone please give me some advice.

Its probably a one off try not to worry
i get the fast heart beats regurlarly and although scary they are harmless
remeber how good you felt before and try and focus on thet
you got a grip before and you will do it again
we all have bad days

Im so sorry this happened to you... It happened to me a few months ago. I was fine with anxiety for the better part of a year then after a big night I had one of the worst panic attacks of my life. Its taken me a while, medication and lots of therapy but im beginning to get on the right track.

Sometimes unknown things just trigger our anxiety. Thats the thing with this illness. Remember anxiety comes but it always goes.

At least we have lots of support here. Bighugs... xx

thanks for replying......i have my 1st hypnotherapy appointment tomorrow night.....ill let you know how it goes.....bit :scared15: lol
