Hello,
My very first posting and just thought i would offer a very nervous Hello .
I have had problems for many years now which i have either denied or just muddled though but think that enough is enough and that i can't give them any more years.I don't have any friends or support from anywhere so i am hoping that i might make a friend or two on here.

Yes you will find friends here, it is a very friendly site and you suddenly realise you are not as alone as you thought.

So a huge welcome, you will find information, advice from peeps going through the same thing and a sounding off board for when things get too much, theres games to play and a chatroom too.
