I have been on duloxetine for the past 1 yr -and want to discontinue because of intractable gastritis.As I do not want to gain weight ny other alternatives are bupropion and venlafaxine.I chose venlafaxine because it is anxiolytic in addition.Can anyone please advise regarding this?
