Raised Gland

A quick question, I've been doing well with the HA/panic probably due to the fact that I'm on citalopram now, but whilst washing my hair I felt a sore bit just behind my left earlobe, now the gland there has always been raised and it never has went completely down but this morning it's really quite up a bit and sore to the touch even if i just brush it with my fingertips, i've not got a cold or anything and I don't think any other glands are raised and I feel okay, but I am a bit worried cause it's painful any thoughts as I don't allow myself to google now :blush: xx

Hey there.

I had this come up behind my right ear, it was very tender like a spot, and swollen, I left it for a few days, then went to the Doctor, who asked me if I'd had a cold or anything recently, and I said no, so he said to just leave it, and it will go down on its own.

Sure enough after about a week of not looking at or prodding it, it had gone.

Freaked me out at first, but if you just leave it alone, it should go down soon enough.
