After a break of over 10 years, this was how my panics/anxiety started again, the first symptom...it's definately anxiety.

Yes' it sure is - I have been getting the numb and tingling lip sensation for twenty years now and it still comes and goes, but don't get so scared of it now. Please be reassured nothing serious - so chill and don't worry, take your mind of it and it'll settle down. All the best GAZA
