so scared and anxious?

This may sound silly but i have had a tummy ache for 3 days now and it has bought on my anxiety big time,feel like im going to retch all the time. I cant stop thinking the ache is something terrible. Ive been on citalopram a month now and are having a truly a panic day havnt eaten to xx:scared15:

well frst thing have something toeat even if rop of soup or a sandwitch you dont need to eat a lot ,,then try to stay calm ,, but be better if you eat
