Confused

Hi All,

I'm really confused, had Health Anxiety / Panic Attacks for the past 4 months, currently on Citalopram, had all clear ECG, found two lumps on testicles had ultra sound all ok, not had a PA for over a week, but the past two days have been really edgey just not feeling with it.

I'm just really confused with this i thought i was getting over it but then these past two days have made me feel like the beginning again.

Anyone else like this ?

HI, yep I know exactly where you are coming from. I can have weeks where I am fine and then suddenly for no apparent reason I again become fixated on something and it spirals into what it was like at the start. All I can say is that you know you are fine as you have had a week of being fine so try and hang on to that and you will get through it.

I can totally relate to that also, especially the "not feeling with it" part. I can go awhile with feeling resonably ok, then i feel spaced out and weird. U are not alone with that!!!
