i don't know what is real and what isn't

oh help, i think i am officially loosing the plot, I have had a pain in my lower back and side for a bout a week now, aferter spending all my time panicing i have cancer( of course wat else would it be) , I have plucked up the courage to go to the dr,(appointment in 1 hr), only after stupidly googling my symptoms amazingly no mention of cancer, most likly water infection, but since reading this the pain and aching has lessened a lot. now what do I tell the dr, i am sure this wasn't in my imagination, it was so real. any advice would be gratefully recieved, thanks x

Tell him how you feel. tell him you need to be checked over because you have health anxiety and the first thing you need is a clean bill of health so you can put your mind at ease and then concentrate on curing your anxiety. Tell him you need help.. Know how you feel.XXX
