tingling nerve in my foot

I have a weird sensation in my right foot. When I touch the bottom of my leg (just before my foot) and stroke it gently I get tingly shooting pains on the top of my foot-not explaining it very well but its quite scary -I have had a mri scan on my head 2 years ago but still think it is something neuro related. Does any one get this or know what it could be

It could my a nerve or just that anxiety heightens our senses - I tend to feel small feelings more than I did before the anxiety.

ahh, the ole' tingles. tres scary I know. Ive experienced tingling in lots of places. All when I have been under a lot of stress/worry/anxiety. Dont worry...Just be rational...If you are thinking its MS this might help...I read tht an estimated 2.5 million ppl suffer from MS GLOBALLY...2.5 out of 6 BILLION..really put it in perspective for me just how rare the condition is.
