On sunday night I went to bed feeling fine. Woke up at 3am and had to run to toilet. Long story short I had very very loose bowels and was being sick at the same time. Lasted about half hour. Went back to bed.
Yesterday had a temp of 38 and really aching legs and arms.
Today temp is normal but I can still not move. I ache all over. If i try to tense my muscles they cramp. I've drank plenty so I don't think I'm dehydrated. Wife said she had to wake me up during night because my legs kept twitching.
Could this be the after effects of a bug I've had or could it be anxiety because whenever I'm ill no matter how minor I'm convinced I'm going to die.
