I'm a 29 yr old male and lately everyone is commenting on how thin I look. I've always been lanky at 6'5", but never really thin, just slim.
I'm at the point where I feel like I'm wasting away and need to put some weight on. Problem is no matter what I eat I don't put weight on. I also struggle with large meals because I get bad reflux/chest pains after a large meal. I'm losing weight but extremely slowly, like 1lb every few months. I basically hover around the 12 stone mark.
I would cut down my exercise but I hardly do any as it is - I get PVCs brought on by exercise so I never really push myself like I should.
I'm now worried I may have some terrible disease, but I would really like to try and put weight back on.
Can anyone recommend what sorts of food I should be eating to do this???
