Can't understand how this site works.Seems to be no way of posting your details.Can someone help?Me male 65 health anxiety no panic just tired agitated constant worry how will manage when ill ok to sleep and eat butjust feel too awful to go out much tho ok when do socialise confused muddled depressed etc
