day 4

hi all, this is my fourth day since starting on citalopram 20mg on monday. its hard to believe such a small tablet can make you feel so rough. since starting taking it i cant sleep at night, wake up feeling anxious and sick, dont want to do anything, cant relax, feel constantly dizzy, feel constantly anxious and sick, head feels like its going to explode. hopefully there will be a light at the end of this tunnel although at the moment it doesnt feel like it :weep::weep:

Stick with it happy happy ron. The first week is tough, but you will start feeling better soon. I was in bed for the first 5 days thinking I'm about to die, but it got easier after that. Everyone is different, but you will see the light at the end of tunnel soon I'm sure. :)
