I've been getting pins and needles in my left hand and both legs and feet over the past 2 months. Also I get a pain in my left leg which can be in the calf or thigh. I also sometimes feel my heart skip a beat, usually this happens when i'm trying to get to sleep and it wakes me up with a fright.
I've seen my GP and had blood tests but there's no indication of what is causing this. I'm now going to see a neurologist for further tests !
The lifestyle changes i've made recently are to completely cut out caffeine and refined sugar and junk food. I eat loads of fruit and veg, don't smoke and only drink alcohol in moderation. I also listen to relaxation CDs, and walk briskly for 30 minutes each day. However i'm still getting the same symptoms.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
