Hi Fred.

Say you wanted to post a thread about panic attacks:
Go to forum
Select panic attacks
At the top of the threads there is a little grey tab that says "new thread"
Press that and you get the box to type your thread in.

So still can't work out this site so will answer my own question and see if this appears under "Topics".Me male 65 health anxiety 2 years just tired bodily discomforts constant worry too much re getting ill live alone lost touch all my friends just a couple of people see me just retired ok if I socialise go on a million walks to keep going desperate.
