iv just suffered through my first anxiety class, spent the majority of it attempting to do breathing excercises to control the panic attack that wouldnt stop through it;it wasnt helped at all by the guy a couple rows down that looked like an ex i dont want to see again. wasnt brave enough to speak to anyone, just proud enough that i managed to the end before running off.
how have others coped with classes?

i have been to anxiety management courses and other various group settings, sometimes it can be difficult going to these things anyway, and then your mind sends you into panic mode, which doesnt help.
But hey, you did it, , you went and stayed right to the end despite everything, well done:yesyes:, it does get easier the more often you do it, keep going....

thanks for the comment, i do plan on going again, try and learn as much as possible about coping so i can get back to a 'normal life'.it isnt quite as scary as a group thing, just opening up on here is enough of an effort lol, so i shall persevere
