Dizziness/Headaches

I've had dizziness and headaches for a few days mixed with depersonalisation. Not sure if it's too much time online or my other worries. I feel my eyes wandering, all weak, dizzy, headaches, tense, unable to relax. Keep checking my beats.

Can't seem to pin point what's wrong. :weep:

I've experienced all that at the height of my anxiety. That was last yr, those symptoms have all gone away for me now. I still get anx but not with those symptoms. It will get better. I still get blurry vision & lightheadedness sometimes.
