Hi. My name is Linda and I am a forty year old single mother of an 8 year old.I have been suffering with anxiety/depression/panic attacks for 30 years. Most of my problems start with health anxiety and then turn in to the beast. As I have gotten older I though that it would be better to manage but has truly been the opposite. I am a career woman who works full-time. I am happy to find this site and hope to learn from others.
