Left side tension

My left arm is so tense that it hurts to move it and also my armpit muscles feel tense too and down my side.
My anxiery disorder began with a left ear problem
When my left armpit sweats it stings a bit too

Any advice on how to sort my arm out cos it hurts to move it

Is it itchy? Have you got any red spots appearing on your skin in the area?
It could be the first signs of shingles. Not usually too major but it can be painful for some. You tend to get it when you're tired and run down.

no spots or lumps at all.and it isnt red,sometimes pressing on it makes it sore

You may have what my brother had, he was alergic to deodrant and his arm hurt as he tensed it so much with the pain under his arm.....if you know what I mean.

When you say your anxiety pain started in your ear, could you explain as mine started there as well.It seems to have got worse as well.
