Just wondered if there was such a thing for anxiety sufferers. Would people bep for setting one up say. An informal thing where we can just meet and discuss our woes so we dont feel alone

I have not been able to find anything in Bromley Peter! Bromley are RUBBISH! lol... Although Bromley Mind were quite helpful, they run 'coping with life' courses but the anxiety ones arent going to start until January which isnt much help when you want the help NOW!!
