severe panic over that storm.

Where i live we had a storm last night,
I've not had an attack like that in over a week.
i saw lighteneing and heard a massive crash of thunder, and i couldn't stop panicing. i ran to the toilet and fell on the floor ='( felt so sick and there wasn't anything i could do. I still feel anxious today over it.

Does anyone else panic over storms, if so what do you do to help yourself? x

When i was a kid/teenager i was really afraid of storms .. would come out in a sweat etc.. then i worked in summer camp in usa in the middle of a woods and had the storm from hell.. i tell you that cured me from the silly little storms we get here..

Just remember if you are in your house the storm cant hurt you.... try to see some beauty in it...maybe that will help.
