Im so embarrassed, confused and upset about my gender and what to do about it, been to see phychologist and dont know what i should do.

Hi... im sorry you are going through this..... has the psychologist been of any help? Have you spoken to your gp... dont feel alone with this.. there are many people here who will listen.. talking alone will hopefully help you.

I find it hard to talk about it, one 2 one is the only usual way i can, its about my issues with gender, between being a male and feeling like i should be female or that id be happier female.
