Upper Abdomen Discomforts Again!

im getting really annoyed with this now, just in my upper abdomen area right in the middle, it aches and is very uncomftable and its slightly hard to breathe! I dont know what this is, it comes and goes when it pleases but i seem to be getting it more frequently now, im scared what should i do?

its probably nothing but anxiety but think might be an idea to see docter to put your mind at ease ,then you will feel better xxx
