any one can realte to this i moved very quickly got dizzy then a massive panic attack with dizziness and then follwed by a headache and feeling of balance. let me know if you can help on this one.
also during the attack my legs were shacking really bad.
its pretty simple really you got dizzy this made you panic and thats what kicked everything else off, if it happens again try to think oh its just a dizzy spell its no drama it'll pass in a min, if you can genuinely think like that then it should pass quicker without any or many other symptoms kicking in too.
dizzy spells are pretty common and totally normal with people who live with anxiety and stress and shaking again is very normal with panic.
also during the attack my legs were shacking really bad.
