Hi all,
I`ve posted on here before about PMS and this month is no exception for me! I`m due to `come on` any day now and do I know it!! :weep:
I saw my doctor a couple of weeks ago and explained to him how it`s effecting me and he`s given me water tablets to try. I took my first one today as I have to take one a day on the 19th day of my cycle for 8 days.
About an hour after taking it I was running to the loo! Luckily it settled down after a few hours but I`m dreading tomorrow as I shall be at work!
I have been feeling very emotionally low today like I could have a good howl and just want to curl up. I get such a depressed feeling too it`s awful. At least I know as soon as my period arrives I will be on top of the world again!! :yesyes:
I`ve bought some `Well Woman` supplements to try as they contain evening primrose and starflower oil. Fingers crossed!
The water tablets are suppose to help my moods somehow too!:shrug:
