Head pulse/pressure and scalp

Hi all,

I have a feeling or pressure in my head (and sometimes my stomach) and can feel my pulse under my scalp. My scalp also feels tight and full of electrical sensations. Does anyone else feel their pulse under their scalp and this awful crawling sensation on their scalp?

yes i do its something we get with this ,its because we tense up when we have anxiety its fear that's why so don't worry try putting warm scarf around your neck its soothing hope your ok soon ,xx
