Symptoms from heart and chest?

I have wroteted before about my chest issues, tight chest etc.

I have like fluttering feeling in my heart too, and sometimes when it flutters i feel a tickling in my throat too.
That scares me so much and very often it comes when i am about to sleep.

WHat is this? Is it normal?

I have taken ekg and blood samples and everything seems normal but i am scared.

don't be scared its the muscle in your chest tensing because you are anxious ,very common with this illness

I have had bad chest tightness and crushing sensations in my chest and I have put it down to anxiety. Im new to anxiety and didnt realise it was a symptom....as soon as I found out and knew how to control it (just breathin slowly works for me) it totally went away xx
