Pins and needles for over a week and now numbness ?

Hi, for the past week ive had pins and needles in my left hand, leg, foot and mouth. Now my foot is a bit numb, it doesnt feel right at all. Is this anythinf to worry about ? For the past 4 months ive been getting headaches, could it be anything to do with those ?:ohmy:

sorry you are having a bad time at the moment ,maybe a visit to your Gp is best to help put your mind at rest .It could be a trapped nerve somewhere ?? Take Care Margaret.

Ive got a trapped nerve in my neck due to having 3 slipped disks but i didnt think that could effect my leg. I might go to the docs tomorrow or i might just wait til saturday cause ive got an app with a specialist at the pain clinic.

trapped nerves anywhere near the spine can affect any limb, my brother has a trapped nerve just below his neck and it makes his left leg go numb and tingly.

Best go to docs tho, get it sorted.

thanks gazman for your reply. It puts my mind at rest knowing that its either my anxiety or my neck. I'll have a word with the doc on saturday or if it gets any worse i'll go tomorrow.

Ive been to the doctor and its definately not my neck, you cant get symptoms in your legs from your neck, you can from your lower back but i havent got any problems there. Ive got to go back on monday for some blood tests and then go back and see him as soon as the results arrive back. He doesnt think its anxiety. He said it could be a number of things....x
